Welcome to the Sovereign Grace Baptist Church Website!
South Arizona's Unique Church:
- Unique in doctrine (Holding to historic Calvinism, as reflected in the Baptist Confessions of 1644, 1689, and 1742).
- Unique in practice (Practicing a scriptural form of leadership wherein the elders rule as representatives of the people).
- Unique in evangelism (Believing that God saves His people through the preaching of His word).
- Unique in preaching (Expository preaching from the Bible as our primary source).
- Unique in worship (Practicing a traditional form of worship).
- Unique in philosophy (Using only biblical and time-honored methods for outreach, worship, polity, missions, etc.; asserting that the local church is the only institution that God has ordained for the advancement of His work on earth).
- Unique in authority (Recognizing the Bible as our sole authority for doctrine and practice).

Sometimes God teaches us effectually to know the worth of mercies by the want of them, and whets our appetite for the means of grace by cutting us short in those means. We are apt to loathe that manna, when we have plenty of it, which will be very precious to us if we ever come to know the scarcity of it. —Matthew Henry |
